Specifically designed to correct the issues with the Tapco AK retaining plate. This retaining plate will fit snugly without modifications and has more clearance in the critical areas the Tapco version of this plate lacks. It is also easier to install and remove for cleaning. Designed to fit PSL/SVD type rifles as well as standard AKs. Will fit all rifles with a stamped receiver, for milled receivers see our milled reciever version of this AK retaining plate.
